Leslie Swynghedauw is a Senior Associate at MSCI ESG Research specialising in the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) risk and performance analysis of listed equities within the consumer goods sector.
Prior to joining MSCI, Leslie worked for several years within the ESG research provider, EIRIS, as well as at Amundi Asset Management in the Socially Responsible Investment (SRI) team. Leslie holds a Master degree in Development and Risk Management from Sciences Po Bordeaux.

He is an industry expert on how Sustainable and Responsible Investors (SRI) are integrating companies’ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) indicators in their investment decisions and their engagement with listed companies. Miguel has advised Investor Relations, Corporate Responsibility, and Corporate Communication clients since 2008.

Andrew is a Partner in the Social Sector Funds at Bridges. In this role he focuses primarily on “Social Outcomes Contracts”, where a charity or social enterprise delivers innovative services for vulnerable individuals, and Government pays for significant improvement in social outcomes, if these are achieved.
Andrew was previously CEO of a social enterprise “MicroCred Banque”, the largest microfinance bank in Madagascar, and a member of the supervisory boards of the leading microfinance banks in Senegal and China. Prior to his work in social enterprise, Andrew spent eight years working in cooperatives and mutual businesses in the UK, driving operational and financial performance, and wider stakeholder impact. He is a mentor for the On Purpose Associate programme, which helps talented young people to work with leading social enterprises in the UK.
Andrew has also worked as a strategy consultant for McKinsey and Company. He read Mathematics and Philosophy at Oxford, and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Anne-Claire joined Sycomore Asset Management in 2017 as Portfolio Manager and Environment specialist. She co-manages the environmental thematic fund, Sycomore Eco Solutions. She started her career in SRI in 2010 as sell-side ESG analyst at Cheuvreux before joining Allianz GI as ESG analyst. In 2014, she moved to the European equity portfolio management team, and was dedicated to SRI and ethical funds as well as to the Climate Transition fund for which she designed the strategy.
Anne-Claire holds a BBA equivalent from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master’s degree from ESCP Europe with a major in Finance and a Master in Management from the University Carlos III of Madrid. She has passed the Level I of the CFA Program.

Beutler
Michael Beutler joined Kering as the Director of Sustainability Operations in September 2011. Prior to Kering, Michael served 6 years at SAP in Senior Management positions including his last role as Global Director of Sustainability and Strategy for 3 years and has worked at international corporations DHL, PWC and Ford over the last 20 years.
During his tenure at Kering, Michael has been integral to operationalizing Kering’s comprehensive sustainability strategy. He oversees and manages a team to implement cross-cutting innovative approaches to help manage and reduce the environmental impacts from Kering’s brands. This includes being responsible for implementing the brand’s individual Environmental Profit & Loss Accounts (EP&L) which is then consolidated as a Group EP&L annually, and as a core part of the EP&L methodology development which was open-sourced in May of 2015. His team has been instrumental in embedding sustainability across all of the Group’s brands and making it a key part of their business activities, as well as for being recognized by external rating agencies and publications for Kering’s sustainability programme excellence.

Marte is responsible for driving forward Aviva Investor’s responsible investment strategy process and supporting commercial development in the area of responsible investment. She leads a number of projects focused on improving client communication and using digital technology to bring people closer to where their money is going. With a background in public policy and regulatory development, she is also supports Aviva Investors’ public policy work at a UK, EU and Global level.
Experience & Qualifications
Marte is currently a Vice-Chair of the Finance Task Force at the Business at OECD and a member of the Confederation of British Industry’s ‘35 Under 35 Committee’, which represents the views of 35 young business leaders under 35. Focused on diversity and the role entrepreneurs can play in solving society’s challenges she sits on the steering committee at the Hatch Female Founders Accelerator and a mentor for start-ups at the social accelerator Bethnal Green Ventures.
Marte previously led the global communication strategy for Aviva’s digital business, including its strategic venture capital fund and as Head of EU public policy she led the company’s public policy work in Brussels on sustainable finance, financial reform and Brexit. She joined Aviva from the Confederation of British Industry (CBI) where she was Head of Financial Services and Corporate Governance. During her time in Brussels she also worked at the EU public affairs consultancy The Brussels Office and the Mission of Norway to the EU.

Jamie Is The Former CEO Of The Ellen MacArthur Foundation, A Global Hub For Circular Economy Innovation.
Jamie has developed a deep understanding of how the circular economy drives value, working with a number of the world’s leading brands to support them in successfully deploying circular business models. Jamie has also been instrumental in developing and launching the Circular Economy 100, a platform for multinationals, SMEs, academic institutions and municipalities to capture the commercial opportunities of the circular economy. Jamie has a proven track-record in building and growing European SMEs both in his role at the Foundation and prior to this at B&G, a leading UK SME and manufacturer of instrumentation and navigation systems. Jamie is a business fellow of Oxford University’s Smith School and has contributed to a number of forums on the circular economy including at the World Economic Forum and the European Commission Resource Efficiency Platform.

Jessica holds responsibility to develop and deliver the Connect Fund for the Barrow Cadbury Trust, in partnership with the Access Foundation. As Fund Manager she manages a portfolio of grants to strengthen and diversify the social investment market.
Jessica has experience in social investment, community finance and grant-making, having worked in leadership roles across social enterprises and charitable trusts in the UK and abroad for the past 15 years. Previous roles include Director of the Tellus Mater Foundation and Head of Access to Finance at the New Economics Foundation. Early in her career, Jessica worked in investment banking at Merrill Lynch in New York and London. Jessica has served as a trustee for several small charities and early-stage social enterprises, and is currently Chair of Hatch Enterprise, a social enterprise incubator in South London.
