Pauli currently works together with the World Economic Forum Award winning Circular Economy team of Sitra in Helsinki, Finland. He is also active in the Venture Capital operations and Risk management of Sitra.
He has an extensive international experience in corporate business management, Corporate Venturing, R&D management, HR management and Venture Capital financing of growth companies. He has worked over 20 years in venture financing, M&A and restructuring of companies in addition to over 10 years in the chemical industry. Pauli has experience as a Board Member or Chairman in 17 high technology companies and Investment Committee and Advisory Board positions in several Venture Capital funds.
In addition to his Master’s degree in technology, Pauli has also studied venture capital investing, financing and holds a certificate as an Approved Board Member
Terho
Markus Terho is a corporate responsibility veteran, with over two decades in the industry. He has held several notable positions, among them, he has served as the global sustainability chief at Nokia. There he has managed global corporate responsibility activities, environmental and social responsibility, social investment portfolios as well as disaster relief and charity donations. In his current role, at the Finnish Innovation Fund Sitra, he leads the Sustainable Everyday Life program, that promotes the change towards a more sustainable life in two ways: by inspiring individuals to make sustainable choices in their everyday life and by helping companies develop competitive sustainable products and services.
Feitelson
Jerry Feitelson, Ph.D. is Co-Founder/CEO of Agribody Technologies, Inc., an agricultural biotechnology company partnering with innovative seed companies. He was previously CSO of Global Clean Energy Holdings & Sustainable Oils; Manager of Business Development, IP & Alliances at Beckman Coulter; VP of Technology and Business Development at GenWay Biotech; and Research Director at Akkadix. At Mycogen, his group discovered most of the B.t. toxin genes. He was a Senior Research Microbiologist at American Cyanamid and Adjunct Professor at Rutgers University. Jerry is an inventor on 14 U.S. patents & author of 40 publications. His educational background includes a B.S in Life Sciences at MIT, a Ph.D. in Genetics with Joshua Lederberg at Stanford University School of Medicine, and an NIH postdoctoral research fellowship at the John Innes Institute, Norwich, UK in Streptomyces molecular genetics where he cloned the first gene involved in antibiotic biosynthesis with a known biochemical role.

Karen has been working with the OECD since 2009 focused on innovation, entrepreneurship, and finance including angel investment, venture capital, impact investment and the role of private finance for sustainable development. She is also an Associate Fellow at Said Business School at Oxford University and a Visiting Lecturer at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
In addition to other boards and advisory positions, she serves as an advisory board member of the G7 Business for Inclusive Growth (B4IG) Financing Forum, a board member of the European Venture Philanthropy Association (EVPA), an advisor to the Impact Investment and Blended Finance Initiative at University of Zurich and on the Harvard Business School Impact Investment Alumni Steering Committee.
Karen is the Founder of GV Partners, a research and consulting firm focused on entrepreneurship and finance. She was a Senior Fellow at Bruegel, an international economics think tank based in Brussels from 2012-2017 and a Senior Fellow at the Kauffman Foundation from 2008-2012. Earlier, Karen worked with international venture capital firm, Index Ventures, and before that was part of the senior management team at the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. Previously, she served as the Executive Director of the Global Initiative at Harvard Business School. Her earlier experience includes investment banking and management consulting.
She received, with honors, a Bachelors of Science in Mathematics and Management from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Having qualified as a Chartered Accountant at PWC, Guy worked in corporate finance for Evercore (2008-2015), Barclays Capital (2007-2008), Taylor-DeJongh (2003-2007) and Citi (1995-2003). During his time at Evercore, Guy advised clients predominantly in the utilities and infrastructure sector with a particular focus on power generation assets, natural resources and infrastructure. Guy’s experience includes capital raising (equity and debt), mergers and acquisitions, valuation, project finance and commercial structuring and negotiations in both developed and emerging markets.
Guy holds a Masters degree in Economics from Cambridge University and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales (ICAEW).
Durno
Mark is an entrepreneur with a focus on the agrifood industry. He grew up farming 350 ha of mixed production (arable/dairy/beef) in Scotland. As a member of the startup team of a first-mover European vertical farming company in 2010, he led the launch and expansion of the company from Switzerland to The Netherlands, constructing and operating Europe’s first commercial vertical farms selling to retail. In his role as Managing Partner at Rockstart AgriFood, he is a founding partner of the fund and oversees the fund and portfolio management based between Denmark and The Netherlands. Mark is a qualified Scottish lawyer (LLB (Hons), PG Dip. LP) and holds an Executive MBA (cum laude & Student Award) from Rotterdam School of Management.

David Rosenberg co-founded and leads AeroFarms, a mission-driven company that builds and operates advanced vertical farms in urban environments.
AeroFarms has been recognized as a Circular Economy 100 company, was listed on Fast Company’s 2019 global list of Most Innovative Companies, and Inc. Magazine’s list of the 25 Most Disruptive Companies. AeroFarms also received the New Jersey Governor’s Award for Environmental Excellence and ranked number one on the FoodTech 500 list that highlighted global entrepreneurial talent at the intersection between food, technology, and sustainability. AeroFarms received the inaugural Global Sustainable Development Goal Award for Zero Hunger, was listed as one of Time Magazine’s 2019 Best Inventions, and received The Ethical Corporation’s 2020 Responsible Business Award in Sustainable Innovation.
David dedicates his time to a number of local and international organizations. As a member of the World Economic Forum, David co-chaired the Young Global Leaders Circular Economy Taskforce and is a member of the WEF Global IoT Council. David was also a member of the U.S. delegation to the B20 Sustainable Food System Taskforce, which advises the G20. In addition, David serves as a Managing Trustee of New Jersey’s Liberty Science Center – a prominent U.S. interactive science museum. David is also on the Board of Directors of Aspire, a leader in insect protein and Clara Foods, a leader in non-animal based animal protein. David is also a mentor at Endeavor, helping impact entrepreneurs. David was also privileged to co-chair New Jersey Governor Phil Murphy’s Agriculture Transition Committee and additionally in 2020 David accepted an honor on behalf of AeroFarms for its leading work with the New Jersey Reentry Corporation in providing second-chance opportunities to people previously incarcerated. David has been honored by the Liberty Science Center as a 2019 Genius Innovator, as Ernst & Young’s (NJ) Entrepreneur of the Year (Food and Beverage), and was named one of the 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs at Goldman Sachs’ 2019 Annual Builders and Innovators Summit. The World Economic Forum also recognized David in 2008 as Technology Pioneer for his nanotechnology company and in 2010 as a Young Global Leader.
David received his BA from UNC Chapel Hill and holds an MBA from Columbia University. He competed for the U.S. in fencing where he was a finalist at a world cup and represented the NYAC, winning three U.S. National Team Fencing Championships and two individual silver medals.
