Sébastien Mandron holds a post master’s degree in Economics and Financial Engineering, which he obtained from the universities of Assas and La Sorbonne Paris.
He began his career as a consultant at PwC Consulting Paris, where he worked on Finance and IT Transformation before joining Atos Group in 2003. He was in charge of large transformation programs on the customer side, before moving to Atos Corporate to supervise internal strategic transformation Programs under the responsibility of the CEO and the COO. He managed the 3 large Atos Transformation programs: the TOP Program, which focused on operational efficiency; the Expand Program, which focused on Sales efficiency; and the Well Being at Work Program, which focused on Atos employees.
In 2011, he joined Worldline to accelerate the internal transformation and supervised the IPO in 2014. In July 2014, he was appointed CSR officer and was in charge of structuring, organizing and developing the CSR strategy within Worldline, involving all stakeholders. Since 2015, Worldline has been ISO 14001-, Ecovadis Gold Level,- and AA100-certified, and one of the very few companies to have reached GRI-G4-Comprehensive level. In 2016, Worldline published its 2020 CSR ambitions and is now part of the few international companies which took CSR commitments for the coming years.

In 2018, in addition to his current position within Worldline, Sébastien Mandron has been nominated at the Board of Directors of the C3D, the French organization focused on Sustainable Development and gathering CSR officers of the French large companies.
